Description
The Senior Financial Controller will support the financial control of a growing company by contributing to HGB monthly and annual financial statements, forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, cash-flow planning, reporting, and financial KPIs. The role also supports strategic decision-making, process optimization, BI development, data quality, and finance-system interfaces, while acting as a Finance Business Partner for Accounting and internal stakeholders. The position requires a finance, controlling, or accounting degree or equivalent commercial training, several years of financial controlling experience, HGB accounting knowledge, strong Excel and ERP/BI skills, and German C1/C2 and English B2 proficiency. It offers hybrid and flexible working in Berlin.
