Ocado Group is hiring a Financial Controls Manager to report to the Head of Financial Controls and lead the design, implementation, monitoring, testing, and governance of the group’s financial controls framework. The role covers business-process and IT general controls, risk and control matrices, external audit coordination, segregation-of-duties reviews, control training, risk registers, and submissions under the UK Corporate Governance Code. It requires at least three years of post-qualified experience, second-line assurance experience, knowledge of RACMs and ITGC, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to work autonomously.
