PayU is seeking a Senior Financial Networks Manager to build and expand strategic partnerships with card schemes, payment systems, financial institutions, banks, and fintech organizations across Romania and Europe. The role leads complex commercial negotiations, ensures regulatory and compliance alignment, collaborates with product, operations, finance, and sales teams, and represents PayU at industry events. Candidates need at least three years of senior experience in banking or financial institutions, a proven record of strategic partnerships and negotiation, knowledge of the financial ecosystem and KYC/AML requirements, and an extensive network of senior contacts in the relevant financial communities.
