The role leads annual budgeting and forecasting, prepares financial statements and management reports, develops financial models, analyzes performance variances, advises business leaders, and improves financial planning and reporting processes. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, strong Excel and FP&A tool skills, and experience with budget and forecast platforms.
