The role provides in-person and telephone service to members and potential members, uses consultative selling to offer financial products, processes accounts and loans, supports branch operations, mentors staff, and handles escalated member situations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field, four years of financial institution, sales, or customer-service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; one year of financial institution experience is required and three years are preferred. The position pays $19.9038 to $24.62 per hour depending on experience.
