Fresh Consulting is hiring a Senior Firmware Developer to lead a team of 4–5 firmware developers working on a test instrument device. The role involves technical leadership, Agile sprint delivery, Linux and ARM Cortex-M microcontroller development, C/C++ and FreeRTOS programming, low-level register and digital signal processing work, automated testing, and client-facing technical delivery. The position is hybrid, with at least one onsite day per week in San José, Montes de Oca, or San Pedro, and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.
