Capella, an IonQ company, is hiring a Flight Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain flight software for a satellite constellation. The role collaborates with FPGA, electrical, and ground software engineers; leads code reviews and mentorship; develops unit and integration tests; documents software; troubleshoots live on-orbit issues; and supports the software development lifecycle. The position is based in Louisville, Colorado, or San Francisco, with a few days per week remote, and requires 5+ years of relevant embedded software engineering experience. The approximate base salary is $145,920 to $191,047, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
