Description
Shield AI is hiring a Senior Flight Test Engineer to lead system-level integration and flight test campaigns for Hivemind Mission Autonomy across small UAS and external platforms. The role develops test strategies, manages test readiness and phase-gate decisions, directs fly–fix–fly campaigns, approves test procedures and risk mitigations, maintains test infrastructure, analyzes telemetry and flight data, and serves as the primary test interface to leadership and customers. The position requires substantial experience in system integration and testing across simulation, SIL, HIL, ground, and flight environments, along with a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or the ability to obtain one.
