AALTO is hiring a Senior Flight Test Engineer in Farnborough for a full-time permanent role with 37 hours per week and a hybrid arrangement. The position reports to the Director of Flight Test Engineering and covers planning, execution, documentation, reviews, risk management, and reporting for ground and flight testing across the UK and AALTO sites worldwide. The role requires aviation industry experience, a degree in engineering, physics, or an equivalent field, flight test or trials experience, knowledge of aircraft systems and flight physics, and experience with aviation regulators or Part 21 organisations.
