Description
The Floating Maintenance Technician provides advanced maintenance support across multiple properties in the Washington, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area, traveling more than 50% of the time. The role diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and building-system issues; performs preventive maintenance and inspections; leads water mitigation and emergency response; mentors junior technicians; coordinates contractors; and ensures safety, compliance, and quality standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of related maintenance experience, with professional certifications such as CAMT or CFC Universal preferred.
