AJ Bell is hiring a Senior Flutter Engineer to build and improve a customer-facing Flutter application for its direct-to-consumer investment business. The role is hands-on and individual-contributor focused, involving architecture, code quality, testing, accessibility, defect resolution, mentoring, and technical standards. It requires production mobile app experience, strong software engineering and architecture skills, mobile DevOps knowledge, reactive state management, and familiarity with design systems.
