Brooks is hiring a Senior Footwear Materials Developer, Asia to lead footwear material development from concept through commercialization. The role partners with global product teams, suppliers, and Asia factories; develops and tests technical textiles and advanced materials; manages material specifications, testing, risk mitigation, seasonal delivery, and a materials library; and collaborates with vendors on quality, cost, sustainability, and availability. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of footwear material development experience, international vendor experience, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
