Description
EnergyHub is hiring a Senior Forecasting and Optimization Engineer for its Data Science and Power Systems Intelligence team. The role develops and improves energy forecasting models, control and optimization algorithms, production-grade code, data pipelines, and operational monitoring systems; translates large distributed-energy datasets into actionable insights; and guides engineers and scientists on machine learning, forecasting, and optimization methods. Candidates need at least five years of experience across machine learning, statistical analysis, data visualization, control systems engineering, and/or mathematical optimization, along with Python, scientific computing, and large-scale database experience. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$175,000 USD, 100% paid medical coverage, and other benefits, with no visa sponsorship available.
