Competitive Innovations, LLC is hiring a full-time Sr. Foreign Assistance Program Analyst/Subject Matter Expert in Washington, D.C. to support the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. The role manages foreign assistance portfolios, grant solicitation and award processes, budget execution, monitoring, reporting, congressional and stakeholder communications, and coordination with State Department offices, regional bureaus, NGOs, and other U.S. government entities. The position requires an active Secret Security Clearance and substantial experience in international programming, foreign assistance, and grant administration.
