Description

Provectus is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work embedded with customer operators in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or asset-management engagements. The role begins with two to four weeks of hands-on operator work, then redesigns the function and ships production GenAI/LLM systems, evaluation harnesses, data pipelines, and AWS-based services. The engineer owns the business outcome, drives adoption, and collaborates with senior stakeholders and Forward Deployed Executives. Requirements include 8+ years of software development, production GenAI/LLM systems, evaluation experience, strong Python or TypeScript and AWS skills, and fluent English. The position offers a base salary up to 200,000 USD and OTE up to 250,000 USD, with remote-friendly work.
