Qualified Health is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Data Engineer to lead platform-specific data modernization engagements for health systems. The role owns ingestion, medallion architecture, governance, change-data-capture, transformation, orchestration, and production lakehouse builds for Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric, while working on-site with customer data and IT teams. Responsibilities include sustaining production environments, developing reusable accelerators, supporting pre-sales discovery, and ensuring governed handoffs to the integration team. Candidates need 8+ years of senior or staff-level data engineering or data platform experience, deep expertise in one platform, production experience in regulated environments, and strong Python, SQL, PySpark, Terraform, and CI/CD skills. The role offers a base salary of $180,000–$230,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible hours, and hybrid work options.
