Description
Mandiant is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Detection and Response Consultant to embed with clients in Canada's national security and defence sector. The role provides security operations, incident response, assessment, transformation, managed detection and response, training, and tactical support, including incident investigation, containment, remediation, crisis management, forensic analysis, threat hunting, malware triage, and agentic AI solution development. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of SOC, malware research, threat hunting, or similar experience with EDR and SIEM technologies, incident response leadership experience, and a valid personnel security clearance. Compensation is CAD 166,000–170,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
