Juniper Square is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers for its Applied AI engineering unit to work directly with private-market GP clients and own AI-enabled software delivery end to end. The role combines product management and full-stack engineering, covering discovery, requirements, design, development, deployment, production operation, adoption, documentation, and ongoing iteration. Candidates need at least five years of production software experience, hands-on AI application development, full-stack and cloud infrastructure skills, client-facing delivery experience, and strong product judgment. The U.S. base salary range is $165,000-$200,000, with equity and benefits including health, dental, and vision care.
