Description
Ciroos is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and support its AI SRE Teammate in enterprise production environments. The role owns customer implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare, including infrastructure, alert normalization, integrations, migrations, incident response, reliability improvements, customer communications, and technical relationships. It requires at least six years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a similar operational role, along with programming, cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, AI, and enterprise integration experience.
