Gradial is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead full-stack implementations of its AI-native content operations platform for enterprise customers. The role involves technical discovery, customer-facing integration, prototyping, deployment, optimization, documentation, and ownership of solution performance and reliability. Candidates should have at least five years of software engineering or technical implementation experience, strong TypeScript or similar programming and API integration skills, enterprise customer experience, and familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation. The position offers a $130,000–$210,000 annual base salary, performance bonuses, equity, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
