Sinch is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customer engineering and operations teams and lead end-to-end production software delivery for CPaaS integrations involving messaging, voice, and email APIs. The role combines solution architecture, AI-assisted development, enterprise integration, production engineering, testing, observability, security, compliance, customer training, and handoff, with approximately 10–15% travel and flexible remote work. Candidates need substantial professional experience in software engineering, enterprise integration, solution delivery, or technical consulting, along with production software skills, cloud deployment experience, and meaningful exposure to at least one communications domain.
