Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior Account-Aligned FDE to serve as a customer-embedded engineering leader for a strategic account. The role owns production-grade solution delivery, translates business needs into technical approaches, influences senior stakeholders, prepares work for FDE crews, and operates in complex, fast-moving environments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development experience, plus 3+ years managing cross-functional projects and direct customer or stakeholder solution delivery. Fluency in Japanese and English is required, while additional experience in customer-facing technical roles, AI/ML, cloud architecture, data engineering, and travel is preferred.
