Fin is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to work directly with strategic customers deploying its AI customer agent, Fin. The role owns deployment outcomes, pitches and demonstrates the product, scopes and configures solutions, resolves technical and cross-functional blockers, partners with Sales, Success, and R&D, and translates customer insights into product roadmaps and deployment playbooks. No minimum years of experience are required, but the role values impact, customer focus, communication, technical fluency, evidence-based thinking, cross-functional influence, and comfort with ambiguity. The position is hybrid, with employees expected to work in the office at least three days per week, and offers a San Francisco Bay Area base salary of $199,800–$222,000 plus potential bonus, sales incentive, and stock compensation.
