Nelly is hiring a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work with commercial, product, engineering, and customer teams to identify operational bottlenecks and build end-to-end software solutions. The role focuses on AI-powered workflows, internal tools, customer-specific automations, data migrations, dashboards, and integrations that reduce manual work in healthcare customer onboarding and success. The engineer will use TypeScript, React, AWS, and modern AI/LLM tooling, own solutions from discovery through production, collaborate closely with customers, and ensure reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
