Senior FP&A Analyst supporting North America financial planning, consolidation, forecasting, and performance management across multiple manufacturing plants, an R&D center, and headquarters functions in the U.S. and Mexico. The role focuses on advanced financial analysis, intercompany and multi-currency consolidation, automation of reporting and analytics using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and collaboration with operations, sales, purchasing, R&D, IT, and central finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
