Description
Decisions is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for its Corporate FP&A team in Hyderabad. The role owns month-end and quarter-end reporting, BVA cycles, variance commentary, budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling, SaaS KPI governance, and business partnering with Accounting, RevOps, HR, and department heads. It also involves building and automating reporting infrastructure, leading FP&A projects, and coaching interns and junior analysts. The position requires 2–6 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, strong financial modelling and Excel skills, SaaS metric knowledge, and overlapping US working hours.
