Gladly is hiring an FP&A Manager to own the operating expense plan, budget versus actuals analysis, forecasting models, planning systems, and AI-driven spend efficiency reporting. The role partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and operating leaders, reports to the Director of FP&A, and requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, strong spreadsheet and modeling skills, and familiarity with financial statements. The position offers $50,000 to $70,000 USD annually, may be paid in COL pesos depending on the contract, and is fully remote with opportunities for in-person team gatherings.
