UiPath is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for its Corporate FP&A team. The role combines financial planning, SaaS valuation and benchmarking, M&A evaluation, capital markets communications, and investor relations analytics for a public SaaS company. Responsibilities include building top-line forecasting models, analyzing ARR and other SaaS metrics, supporting deal-related financial analysis, preparing board and investor materials, and ensuring consistency across financial communications. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, or transaction advisory, along with strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
