A24 is hiring a Senior FP&A Associate for its New York finance team. The role supports annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly reporting, reforecasting, investor relations, and capital-raising processes; maintains consolidated and investor financial models; owns TV-budget and quarterly reforecast responsibilities; and manages dashboards, reporting architecture, and financial systems using modern data and AI tools. The position requires at least five years of relevant FP&A or finance experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, strong Excel and financial-modeling skills, and cross-functional collaboration. The target salary is $110,000 to $135,000, with an annual performance bonus, healthcare, and other benefits.
