Quantum Space is hiring a Senior FP&A / Program Controller to lead corporate financial planning and program finance for spacecraft development and mission programs. The role owns budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, Estimates at Completion, cost performance, contract financial analysis, management reporting, and financial controls, while partnering with Program Management, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contracts, and executive leadership. It is based in Rockville, Maryland or Hawthorne, California and offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus equity and benefits.
