Description

DRW is hiring an experienced FPGA Engineer to join one of its trading teams in Chicago, New York City, London, or Amsterdam. The role involves architecting and implementing FPGA applications, researching hardware technologies, solving hardware limitations, coordinating with software and trading teams, debugging and characterizing hardware, and supporting production and live debugging. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer or Electrical Engineering, at least three years of relevant experience, strong FPGA and RTL design skills, experience with FPGA design flows and SOC architectures, and knowledge of TCP/IP.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in the field
Solid hardware engineering experience, especially with FPGA
At least 2 years of experience writing Verilog
Experience with FPGA design flow, including synthesis, place and route, and static timing analysis
Experience designing SOC architectures, memory and processor subsystems, networking, and peripheral interconnects
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with functional verification using high-level methodologies such as System Verilog
