Graphite is hiring a senior front end engineer to help build a real-time, collaborative code review platform with social features, define the company’s technical direction, and mentor other engineers while building a scalable codebase. The role requires industry experience building high-quality software products, autonomous problem-solving, and the ability to design abstractions and frameworks that increase developer velocity. It is an in-person position in New York City with a base salary of $180,000–$220,000 plus substantial equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
