Coins is hiring a senior frontend engineering leader in the Philippines to define frontend architecture and technology strategy, lead the development and lifecycle of web, app, and H5 systems, manage frontend security and compliance, coordinate with DevOps, product, backend, UI/UX, and other teams, and build and develop a high-performing frontend team. The role requires 10+ years of frontend development and management experience, including 5+ years leading a senior frontend team, along with expertise in Vue3/React, TypeScript, cross-platform development, security, performance optimization, DevOps, and digital currency trading systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of frontend development and management experience
5+ years of senior frontend team management experience
Experience leading large-scale frontend systems
Experience building and optimizing frontend security systems
Experience handling large-scale frontend system failures and security incidents
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or large-scale internet financial institutions
Frontend senior management experience in compliant digital currency exchanges
Experience leading frontend system transformation
Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset underlying logic
Experience integrating AI into frontend products
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or Frontend Engineer Certification
