Scale is hiring a Senior Frontier Data Strategist for its Generative AI team to partner with senior research stakeholders at frontier AI labs, define data strategies, design complex human-data programs, influence product and research roadmaps, manage opportunity pipelines, and mentor junior strategists. The role requires at least five years of technical AI/ML experience, deep knowledge of the LLM training lifecycle, a quantitative degree, and the ability to influence research and product decisions without direct authority. The position offers a base salary of $192,800–$241,000 USD in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, plus equity and benefits.
