HelloFresh is recruiting a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety and quality compliance for produce, herbs, and fruit suppliers. The role involves on-site supplier audits, quality and complaint reduction, root-cause analysis, supplier onboarding, category performance management, and strategic improvement projects. It requires at least four years of quality and food safety management experience, preferably in the produce industry, along with auditing, English communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position is based at HelloFresh Farm in London with a hybrid working policy and requires independent UK work authorization.
