Description
Workana is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer for an AI-native consulting and implementation partner serving mid-market and enterprise clients. The role is a remote, client-embedded, hands-on delivery position focused on owning end-to-end production AI systems, including full-stack feature development, RAG, tool-calling, agent workflows, structured prompting, evaluations, and guardrails. The engagement is initially 3–4 months with strong potential to extend, requires overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, and emphasizes senior autonomy, secure production-grade systems, cloud/CI/CD fundamentals, and fluency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks.
