Description
Workana is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer for an AI-native consulting and implementation partner serving mid-market and enterprise clients. The role is a remote, senior hands-on delivery position focused on building production-ready AI-enabled systems end to end, including UI, backend, deployment, RAG, tool-calling, agent workflows, and secure production hardening. The engagement is initially 3-4 months with strong potential to extend, requires overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, and favors candidates with 6-8+ years of production software experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern full-stack/cloud stack experience, and real-world GenAI delivery background.
