Xebia is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end features for an AI-powered, autonomous accounting platform used by small businesses and accountants. The role involves building backend services and integrations, developing reliable AI-powered workflows with LLM APIs, tool calling, streaming, and agent flows, improving reliability and performance, and collaborating with product, engineering, and domain experts. The position requires at least six years of commercial full-stack software development experience, strong Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, testing, CI/CD, cloud, and AI/LLM production experience, and work from the European Union region with a work permit.
