Description
Arado is hiring a Fullstack Software Developer to work as a consultant with client teams across the full development lifecycle. The role involves designing and delivering digital services, integrations, internal tools, application modernization, automation, CI/CD, and architectural guidance, with a strong Microsoft ecosystem focus. The position is based in Turku, Helsinki, or Tampere, primarily remote with occasional on-site work, and starts in late 2026. Compensation is 4,000 EUR per month without a project and 5,000–8,000 EUR per month with a project under a 50/50 commission model.
