Description
The Senior Software Developer will lead the design, development, delivery, and technical direction of complex software applications for the Race Roster product. The role includes architecture and system design, frontend and backend development, mentoring junior and intermediate developers, code reviews, complex problem solving, technology evaluation, collaboration with stakeholders, and DevOps practices. It is available as a fully remote Canadian role, a hybrid role within 75 km of the London, Ontario office, or an in-office role in London, Ontario. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of software development experience, expertise across programming languages and frameworks, and experience with testing, debugging, performance optimization, CI/CD, and DevOps.
