Citi is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join its Issuer platform team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java and Spring Boot applications. The role focuses on backend development while also involving technical strategy, collaboration with product and design teams, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates should have a degree in computer science or a related field, strong Java and Spring Boot experience, knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases, and experience mentoring junior developers. The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and offers a base salary of €71,440 to €107,160 annually.
