ODAIA is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own significant product capabilities end-to-end for its AI-powered commercial intelligence platform serving life sciences and healthcare. The role involves building React and TypeScript user experiences, real-time AWS Lambda computation services, scalable APIs and backend services, and integrating AWS, Kubernetes, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, DuckDB, and DataFusion. Responsibilities include technical design, code review, architectural trade-off analysis, mentoring engineers, and contributing to engineering roadmaps. The position is remote-first with employees across Canada and the United States, offers a base salary of $130,000–$145,000 CAD plus stock and equity, and includes medical and dental enrollment, flexible time off, and other benefits.
