Rustica is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead) to serve as a hands-on technical lead for its revenue-critical e-commerce storefront and supporting commerce, manufacturing, and operations systems. The role owns architecture, production reliability, security, testing, code review, and technical direction while contributing to AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure, including deployments, monitoring, backups, incident response, and disaster recovery. The position is onsite in Springville, Utah, with hybrid work potentially available, and requires at least seven years of professional software engineering experience, including three years owning architectural decisions, production reliability, or technical direction for business-critical systems.
