The role focuses on building backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, database persistence, containerized deployments, and full-stack integration, while collaborating with front-end teams and participating in CI/CD pipelines. The position requires enterprise Java application experience, software architecture knowledge, testing and performance optimization expertise, workflow tool experience, cloud exposure, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
