Description
BlackRock is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting the Product Pages 3.0 platform modernization across frontend and full-stack workstreams. The role owns technical execution, delivery planning, release hardening, code quality, QA and accessibility validation, and stakeholder communication, while providing hands-on leadership in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and related technologies. The position requires at least seven years of software development experience, global engineering leadership experience, and experience with enterprise Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, containerization, and release-sensitive delivery. The role is based in Hungary with a stated salary of 20,100,000–32,400,000 HUF, an annual discretionary bonus, healthcare, leave, retirement benefits, and a hybrid work model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
