Description
The role owns features and systems end to end, from design through production and beyond, building frontend, backend, and data systems for Alta's AI agents, automation workflows, and GTM execution. It requires strong full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript experience, backend development with Node.js, Python, or similar, scalable distributed or data-heavy systems, product thinking, and collaboration with Product, AI, and GTM teams. The role also emphasizes architecture, system design, reliability, and helping engineers improve their work.
