Clinically AI is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and scale its healthcare AI platform across frontend browser extensions, cloud-native services, infrastructure, and enterprise REST APIs. The role requires full-stack ownership, pragmatic architecture, AI-driven problem solving, independent development in ephemeral environments, technical leadership, and collaboration with product and clinical teams. Candidates need at least six years of full-stack experience, proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB, browser-extension development experience, and CI/CD experience. The position offers a base salary of $175,000–$220,000 plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
