EarnIn is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to partner with Product and Design on user experiences and to own scalable frontend and backend architecture. The role involves building React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Django systems; establishing engineering standards, testing, CI/CD, observability, and metrics; leading technical initiatives; and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience, 4+ years of industry experience, and experience with cloud environments and AI-assisted development tools. The position is remote in the United States, with Mountain View-based employees required to work in the office two days per week, and offers a base salary of $195,821–$279,825 plus equity and benefits.
