Description
General Legal is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own major AI-enabled product projects end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration. The role spans frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure, with a focus on building intuitive interfaces for complex AI-powered workflows and collaborating with lawyers and users. The engineer will also help establish engineering practices and technical standards, with potential growth into an independent senior contributor or engineering leadership role. The position requires at least five years of software engineering experience, strong web application and frontend-backend experience, a computer science degree or equivalent experience, and eligibility to work in the United States with at least three days per week in the San Francisco or New York office.
