Description
Hopper is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to anchor its HTS Assist agentic AI travel assistant. The role owns the voice and chat product end to end, including telephony and CPaaS integrations, speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines, real-time model orchestration, React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python backend services, GCP infrastructure, multi-tenant configuration, safety and compliance controls, observability, incident response, and partner platform capabilities. The position requires at least six years of software engineering experience, hands-on real-time systems experience, modern front-end and backend expertise, cloud infrastructure experience, and strong operational and communication skills.
